Iran is hosting a four-party meeting involving officials from Türkiye, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan to discuss Israel’s expansionist policies and what Tehran describes as the U.S. war against Iran, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei said.
Baghaei said the talks would bring together representatives of countries participating in the Makkah Agreement, with regional security and Israel’s policies among the key issues on the agenda.
He also dismissed the significance of Israel’s electoral outcome for Tehran, saying the results of Israeli elections held no importance for Iran.
