Sindh Governor said the provincial government had begun addressing public grievances as he launched the Khidmat Sindh mobile application at a ceremony at Governor House.
He said 65 institutions were being integrated into the application, stressing that the platform was designed solely to serve the public, not to elevate or undermine anyone.
The governor said mobile phone users could register their complaints through the app, while all participating institutions would be required to respond through the platform and provide updates on action taken on each complaint.
