A report prepared in collaboration with the State Department and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) covered events occurring between the outbreak of the war on February 28 and June 30.
During this period, Iranian attacks resulted in the destruction of numerous U.S. military facilities across Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Oman, and Jordan; caused a depletion of defensive ammunition and missile stockpiles; and inflicted financial losses totaling $184 million on diplomatic missions.
