Pakistan cricketers are likely to receive No-Objection Certificates (NOCs) from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to participate in the Abu Dhabi T10 League after a settlement was reached between the parties.
Franchises and national players had approached the PCB, seeking NOCs for participation in the tournament.
According to sources, the PCB made efforts to resolve the matter following requests from the franchises and players, and an agreement was reached after the board gave the issue sympathetic consideration.
Under the agreement, the PCB will receive compensation and facilities worth up to $200,000, sources said.
With the terms settled, the issuance of NOCs for Pakistani players to participate in the Abu Dhabi T10 League is now expected.
Around 15 Pakistani cricketers, including Fakhar Zaman, Naseem Shah and Faheem Ashraf, have signed contracts with franchises for the tournament.
