Unidentified gunmen shot dead Fahad, a deputy assistant director at the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), in Peshawar’s Hayatabad area.
According to police, the incident took place in the parking area of a NADRA office, where the assailants opened fire on Fahad.
Police said an investigation was underway, while CCTV footage from cameras installed in the parking area was being examined to identify the suspects.
The body was shifted to a hospital for postmortem examination, police added.
